摘要： 卢曼的社会理论是围绕“沟通”“系统”等关键词建构起来的，聚焦沟通与意义、系统的复杂性以及复杂性的化约方式与现代社会中个体与社会的关系等。卢曼的社会理论具有社会工作理论与实践的关联性：卢曼的系统理论可以补充社会工作之中系统视角无所不包、空洞无物之不足，从而探索以“沟通”为中心的、系统取向的社会工作干预路径，重新思考社会工作理论与实践之间的关系以及重新理解中国社会工作的现实与使命。

关键词: 卢曼, 系统理论, 社会工作

Abstract: Luhmann's theory is constructed around the keywords such as “communication”, “system”, focusing on the communication theory, complexity of the system, the reduction of complexity and relationship between individuals and society in the modern society. His theory has connection with the theory and practice of social work. His system theory can supplement the all-encompassing but empty feature of system perspective in social work, and explore the system-oriented social intervention with “communication” as the core, rethinking the relationship between theory and practice in social work and reinterpreting the reality and mission of social work in China.
