摘要: 为助力基层社会治理创新和实现共同富裕,社会工作者和基层社会组织成为开展居民金融教育的有生力量。性别与发展视角下的金融教育遵循赋权原则,注重情境性和服务对象的主体性,并将微观与宏观、显性因素与隐性因素、个体与结构联系起来,为把握不同群体消费者金融素养水平的短板和需求,开展分类教育和精准对接的金融教育服务提供新思路。赋权式金融教育通过走进服务对象的日常生活,挖掘真实的金融需求;金融知识教育与经济心理行为干预相融合;培育社区的信用和文化软资产;强化金融教育赋能的综合效应等策略,将关怀、相互合作与支持的再生产逻辑融入金融教育实践中,以期为金融社会工作实务提供参考。
