摘要: 作为人类服务行业的从业者,社会工作者是职业倦怠的高危人群。为了预防社会工作者陷入职业倦怠,文章运用系统性评价方法全面回顾社会工作者职业倦怠影响因素的相关文献,筛选出高质量实证研究,从中梳理、归纳显著有效因素,并深入探讨其作用的效应机制。首先,经过系统性评价最终纳入29篇质量较高的实证研究,总样本量为15895人。主题分析结果显示,社会工作者职业倦怠是个体因素(人口特征和心理因素)和环境因素(工作特征、组织因素、家庭和社会因素)共同作用的结果。其次,基于研究发现构建社会工作者职业倦怠影响因素的理论模型,在验证职业倦怠普遍理论的同时对理论进行拓展。最后,对纳入文献提供的实证证据进行比较,甄别中文和外文证据的共性和差异。
