哀伤疗愈：哀伤辅导小组对大学生丧亲哀伤的干预

摘要： 为广东省S大学有丧亲经历的6名大学生开展5节哀伤辅导小组，探讨哀伤辅导小组对大学生丧亲哀伤的干预成效、疗愈因子和干预机制。研究发现，哀伤辅导小组在一定程度上能够帮助组员调节其哀伤情绪，加深其对生命的认知，增强其应对哀伤的社会支持，帮助其重建生命的意义。哀伤辅导小组的干预机制包括以绘画创作为丧亲者提供超语言通道，以群体表达促进其对生命的认知，以人际互动促进其应对哀伤的社会支持，以对丧亲经历的思考促进其对生命意义的表达。为帮助丧亲大学生顺利度过哀伤阶段，高校需要增强对丧亲大学生的关注，合理开展哀伤辅导小组，将专业的生命教育课程纳入必修课体系，增强大学生的生命认知，并加强对临终关怀和生前预嘱的宣传和推广，帮助大学生树立正确的生命观。

Abstract: Five grief group counseling sessions were conducted for six college students from S University in Guangdong Province to evaluate the effectiveness, therapeutic factors, and intervention mechanism of the grief counseling group-based intervention for bereaved college students. Results showed that group-based grief counseling interventions can, to some extent, help members regulate their grief emotions, deepen their understanding of life, enhance their social support during grief, and assist them in reconstructing the meaning of life. The intervention mechanism includes the following four aspects: using arts to provide a non-verbal communication channel; promoting life awareness through group expression; facilitating social support for grief through interpersonal interaction; and encouraging the expression of the meaning of life through contemplation of bereavement. To assist bereaved students go through the grieving stage smoothly, colleges and universities need to pay more attention to bereaved students, carry out grief counseling groups reasonably, incorporate specialized life education courses into the compulsory curriculum, enhance students’ understanding of life and death, and promote awareness of end-of-life care and advance directives.
