"Double-blind cases" in this paper take the case of cerebral palsy and bipolar disorder as an example. The practical process is based on the principle of double-blind experiment. The designing of service plans provides social work services for them, and develops their respective advantages. In the service process, it integrates the social work treatment, education and support technology strategies to explore the interactive support technology between different types of clients. Through the experimental design and specific implementation of double-blind cases, the practice found that in the double-blind case design, the interactive support between cerebral palsy children and bipolar disorder patients can effectively improve the social micro systems of both parties and promote each other's growth under the circumstances of careful control of external environmental factors and careful use of related social work technology. At the same time, it is also noted that the formation of interactive support for two types of clients has certain effects on improving their social micro-systems, and the reconstruction and expansion of the family relationship between the two types of clients is the key to the effective extension of double-blind cases.
