摘要： 社会工作伦理是一种基于关系的伦理，来自社会工作对人的自主性、人际关系的互为主体性以及社会关系脆弱性的价值判断，强调自我的自利性和利他性、人与人之间彼此的责任和关怀以及社会制度的道德意涵。价值观引导下的社会工作伦理实践是美德伦理、关怀伦理、正义伦理的整合性实践，是基于社会工作者与服务对象专业关系的伦理实践。关系的改变带来了伦理的变迁，在新关系时期社会工作发展背景下，基于关系的社会工作伦理实践有着独特的重要意义。
