Abstract: The deepening of industrialization will inevitably cause the development of the legal system. With the advancement of industrialization under the guidance of modern science and technology, it will inevitably cause the changes in the evidence legal system, especially the problems of evidences involving specialized knowledge. Focusing on this problem is not only beneficial to the healthy development of China's industrialization, but also advantageous to the improvement of the evidence legal system.
